PGEA Series The PGEA series is a slim electric micro gripper, a comprehensive evolution of our successful PGE series. Compared to the previous generation, it offers more affordable pricing and shorter delivery times (up to 10 days). We've also simplified the selection process with two control options: external and integrated control. This small electric gripper offers precise force control and fast response. It also features adjustable cable routing and a brake function for reliable performance and increased production efficiency.
Small size, flexible installation
With a minimal thickness of 18 mm, this small electric gripper minimizes end-effector load and inertia, enabling faster and more efficient robot movements. It offers flexible mounting options, supporting diverse applications, and optimizing space requirements and integration into compact automation configurations.
High working speed
Thanks to its advantages, this electric mini gripper achieves an ultra-fast opening and closing time of 0.15 seconds each, providing fast and stable clamping performance. It perfectly meets the demanding requirements of modern production lines and ensures improved efficiency and reliable operation in automated processes.
Precise force control
The miniature electric gripper offers precise force control through a special driver design and algorithm compensation, enabling continuous force adjustments with a repeatability of up to 0.1 N. Thanks to its high-performance insulation, anti-interference, and shielding ICs, it minimizes current and signal interference, ensuring stable, precise gripping.
