Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and ease of use of the CR series, the CR7A breaks the 7 kg payload limit, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 800 mm, the CR7A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.
User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR7A utilizes the industry's first dual-channel end effector design, which can be directly connected to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive recognition of operating status.
More options with high payload and large radius.
The CR7A has a working radius of 800 mm and a maximum payload of 7 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR7A operates more stable and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency braking.
24 interface ports for more flexibility
The CR7A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and connects seamlessly to the PLC. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN switching for easy application expansion.
High level of protection for secure collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. In the event of an overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR7A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the fall height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
