The RGD series uses direct electric rotating machines to achieve zero backlash, and the rotation resolution reaches 0.01°, which is suitable for the rotation positioning scenarios in semiconductor production.
Fast and stable
With DH-Robotics' excellent drive control method and precision direct drive technology, the RGD series can perfectly control gripping and rotation movements. The rotation speed reaches 1500° per second.
Integrated structure / shutdown protection
The dual servo system for gripping and rotating is integrated into the drive control module, making it more compact and suitable for a wider range of scenarios. Brakes are optional to meet the needs of different applications.
