Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and ease of use of the CR series, the CR16A breaks the 16 kg payload limit, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1000 mm, the CR16A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR16A features the industry's first dual-channel end effector design, which can be directly connected to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive recognition of operating status.

More options with high load capacity and large radius.
The CR16A has a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16A operates more stably and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency braking.

24 interface ports for more flexibility
The CR16A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and connects seamlessly to the PLC. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN switching for easy application expansion.

High level of protection for safer collaboration
The robot housing and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. In the event of an overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR16A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the fall height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
